Click on the button to the right to allow us to assist you.
1 - After you click on the button, you will be asked if you wish to "Run" or "Save" - Choose "Run"

2 - After a few moments you may be asked "Do you want to Run this software. Again, choose "Run"

3 - If you are asked to "Block" or "Unblock" - Choose "Unblock."

4 - You will then see the screen on the left below...

5 - Click the "Show My PC Now" button.  Again, Unblock if asked.

6 - After doing this you will see a screen like the one on the right.  A number will appear in "Share Password"

7 - Give us the number and we'll assist you, live, over the Internet.
